Candy Colored Gel for Nail Extension – a polymeric material that, due to its strength, allows for significant nail plate extension. Contains photoinitiators that activate the polymerization process when exposed to UV light of a specific wavelength.

Properties:

• Acid-free.

• Elastic – does not crack upon impact.

• Medium consistency.

• Medium pigmentation – covers the free edge.

• Suitable for the "no-filing modeling" technique.

• Ideal for modeling on upper forms.

• Does not cause a burning sensation under the lamp.

• Thickens in cold, thins in warmth.

• Thixotropic – becomes more fluid when worked with a brush.

• Can be gently warmed for thinning.

• Hard at a thickness of 1 mm. In thinner layers, it may have slight flexibility, which does not affect durability.

• Does not shrink, holds the C-curve well.

• Requires a Rubber Base underlay.

• Polymerization wavelength: 380–420 nm.

• Recommended UV/LED lamp power: 36–48 W.

• Recommended thickness: 0.5 mm on the free edge / 1 mm at the apex.

• Full polymerization: 120 seconds.

Application Procedure:

STRENGTHENING:

1. Remove old material.

2. Do not file the nail shape, or leave a 2 mm length which will be removed after leveling.

3. Gently abrade the nail surface with a 220 grit file without pressure, or use a 100 grit buffer.

4. Perform a manicure.

5. After using removers, wash hands with soap.

6. Degrease the nail using Nail Prep LUNAmoon (2 steps, 4 wipes: 1 for 5 fingers):

   • Step 1: Clean the entire nail.

   • Step 2: Wrap an orange wood stick with a wipe and clean the cuticle area and sidewalls.

7. Primer as needed – not necessary if the Rubber Base has sufficient acidity.

8. Apply Rubber Base LUNAmoon with a flat brush using rubbing motions, covering the sidewalls. Cure for 60 seconds.

9. Wipe off the sticky layer.

10. Level with gel (keep 0.5–1 mm away from the cuticle), cure for 60 seconds.

11. File the shape – create thickness to support the free edge.

12. If the nail is thin, file 1 mm from the underside of the natural nail – prevents lifting.

13. After filing, remove the sticky layer and apply gel polish.

14. Apply top coat, cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe to retain shine.

CLASSIC MODELING:

1. Remove material.

2. Shorten the nail to 1 mm and shape it.

3. Gently abrade the nail surface with a 220 grit file, or use a 100 grit buffer.

4. Perform a manicure.

5. After using removers, wash hands with soap.

6. Degrease the nail using Nail Prep LUNAmoon in two steps, same as above.

7. Apply LUNAmoon Primer.

8. Apply Rubber Base LUNAmoon with a flat brush, rubbing it in, covering the sidewalls. Cure for 60 seconds.

9. Wipe off the sticky layer.

10. Apply a tip or form to model the free edge.

11. Model the nail shape with clear gel. Cure for 30 seconds.

12. File the free edge to the desired shape.

13. Wipe off the sticky layer, remove dust.

14. Reapply Rubber Base LUNAmoon on the filed areas. Cure for 30 seconds.

15. Level with gel, place under the lamp, and pinch (for sticky or glitter gel – at the 20-second mark) at the 10–15 second mark.

16. Complete curing for 120 seconds.

17. Wipe off the sticky layer, apply gel polish.

18. Top coat – 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe to preserve shine.

Shelf life: 24 months. Use within 18 months after opening.
