Lips Base – red base for covering and leveling nails.

Properties:

• Not suitable for leveling long nails without prior reinforcement.

• Due to high pigmentation, provides excellent coverage of the natural nail.

• Hypoallergenic, with a neutral odor.

• Curing time under the lamp – 120 seconds.

• Can be gently warmed to thin the consistency.

• Due to elasticity, minimal shrinkage may occur during wear.

• Requires a Rubber Base underlay.

• Has an acidity of 5–6 pH.

• Recommended lamp power – 36–48 W. The lamp must be original.

• Easy removal – by filing or with remover.

• Ensures wear without peeling for 3–4 weeks.

• Elastic and flexible.

• Key rule for leveling: thickness at the nail edge should be 0.5 mm.

• Thixotropic – becomes more fluid when worked with a brush.

• Does not run and quickly self-levels.

• Has a medium consistency.

Application Procedure:

1. Remove old material.

2. Do not file the nail shape or leave a 2 mm length, which will be removed after leveling.

3. Gently abrade the nail surface with a 220 grit file without strong pressure, or use a 100 grit buffer.

4. Perform a manicure.

5. If using removers, wash hands with soap after application.

6. Degrease the nail using Nail Prep LUNAmoon in two steps. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe for 5 fingers).

   • First step: wipe the entire nail surface.

   • Second step: using an orange wood stick wrapped in a wipe, clean the cuticle area and sidewalls.

7. Use primer as needed. If the base underlay has sufficient acidity, it is not necessary.

8. Apply the Rubber Base LUNAmoon underlay with a flat gel brush using rubbing motions. Also work into the sidewalls. Cure for 60 seconds.

9. Wipe off the sticky layer.

10. Perform leveling. Cure for 90 seconds.

11. File the shape – this creates the thickness at the nail edge that supports the free edge.

12. Wipe off the sticky layer.

13. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after curing to avoid losing the shine.

Shelf life: 24 months. Use within 18 months after opening.
